Introduction
The future of our communities and country is in the hands of the youth. They are the ones that will determine what kind of world we live in, and how we can make it better. However, this does not mean that we as adults should abandon them or ignore their needs: rather, it means that we must nurture them so they can become strong leaders themselves.
Generational leadership.
One of the most important things you can do to nurture your future leaders is to mentor them. The old generation should mentor the young, and vice versa. This is not a one-way street; it’s a two-way street! Mentoring is a shared responsibility that everyone needs to take part in, including those who have been mentored themselves.

Orienting the youth.
Providing opportunities for the youth to learn and grow.
Providing opportunities for the youth to develop their skills.
Providing opportunities for the youth to develop their knowledge.
Providing opportunities for the youth to develop their personality, character, and values
Investing in the youth's work and personal development.
Mentorship is a two-way street.
Mentors and mentees should be able to learn from each other, but also grow in their own way.
Mentors should be open to learning from the mentee and vice versa.
The mentor must be willing to share knowledge, experience, and wisdom as well as ask questions of the mentee when necessary.
Leading by example.
Leadership is a shared responsibility, where everyone has an opportunity to lead at every level of the community. Leaders are not defined by their titles, but rather by how they treat others and make decisions that impact everyone around them.
Leadership requires setting an example for others to follow and providing guidance and support when needed. This can be done by showing up for work every day, being available when you're needed most throughout the year (or even just in certain situations), and making sure people feel valued as human beings first before worrying about whether or not they're "good enough" or if they should be promoted ahead of someone else who may have been doing more work than them within their department/group/team.
Providing feedback and opportunities for improvement.
Providing feedback and opportunities for improvement is essential to the development of future leaders. The most important aspect of providing constructive feedback is that it should be specific and timely. Let’s say you give a presentation to your boss, who has been giving you positive feedback on your work lately. You know that this particular boss tends to give lots of positive comments at first but then gradually becomes disappointed in his employees as time goes on. If you want him to keep giving you positive reinforcement, then you need to provide him with specific examples of where he may have been wrong in his evaluation (or even just let him know what worked well). Otherwise, there will be no way for him or anyone else within your organization ever know how much progress has been made!
Also note: if possible try not to take too much time away from work duties when giving yourself opportunities for growth because sometimes having those extra hours available could mean more chances at advancement down the line!
Aligning incentives to the community mission and values.
You should also align incentives with the community mission and values.
Specific to the individual
Performance-based
Personal development, not just team development
Publicly praising efforts to achieve success in line with the country or community goals and objectives.
Publicly praising efforts to achieve success in line with the country or community goals and objectives. This can be done by publicly congratulating an individual on achieving a goal or milestone, such as completing an important project. It also includes exalting individuals who have performed above expectations and recognizing their contributions to the community. In other words, public praise is not only acceptable but necessary for building relationships among leaders at all levels of society—leaders who will be responsible for leading our nation into a better future!
Establish a culture of trust, transparency, respect, and communication through relationship building, the celebration of wins, and acknowledgment of losses.
When you establish a culture of trust, transparency, respect, and communication in your workplace it can lead to amazing results. Trust is essential for successful relationships within an organization or team. Transparency gives employees the opportunity to know what’s going on around them and encourages them to contribute ideas or feedback about their work environment. Respect allows everyone to work with each other as equals regardless of their position or title within the company structure; this fosters collaboration between colleagues who otherwise may not have met beforehand due to differences in rank or status within an organization (such as being hired recently vs experienced). Communication allows people from all levels within an organization access information regarding projects that are underway so they can participate fully without feeling like they aren't being included because they're lower down on the hierarchy chart than someone else who knows more about these things."
Build self-awareness through coaching conversations that provide the space for the young generation to reflect on their strengths and weaknesses, share their thoughts about their careers within the community, seek support for career development, and identify areas for growth and improvement.
Self-awareness is the first step towards self-improvement. It’s important for career development, personal growth, and success.
Self-awareness is an awareness of your own strengths, weaknesses, and capabilities as well as the ability to reflect on them. A coach can help you become aware of what you are good at so that you can use this information to make decisions that bring out the best in yourself while also helping others achieve their goals.
Leadership should be a shared responsibility where all employees are empowered to lead at every level of the community.
It is not just for the top, or only for those who can walk up to you and say, “I am your leader.” Leadership is an important part of our lives and we need it everywhere: at work, in our communities, and with our families. Leaders have many responsibilities beyond leading themselves—they have responsibilities for others' growth as well as their own personal development. This can be difficult because it requires us to give up some control over ourselves so that others can succeed in what they do best: being leaders.
Conclusion
Leadership is a shared responsibility. It’s everyone’s job to help guide our community and provide direction for the next generation. To do this, leaders must create an environment where everyone feels empowered to put their best work forward every day.
